No trip, labor or parts charges, so you won't pay for any covered repair on your plan. For only $13.95 a month, we’ll keep your water heater, range, dryer and furnace or boiler running smoothly and efficiently.

For only $7.95 per month, we'll ensure your furnace/boiler or central air conditioner runs efficiently and keeps up with our Minnesota/North Dakota weather. Cover both and pay only $13.95 per month.
This plan has been designed to partially offset the costs associated with replacing equipment. If HomeSmart determines, during a service call, that an appliance is no longer repairable or parts are no longer available, we will submit a claim to help recover some of the expenses incurred to replace that appliance. HomeSmart provides a flat rate payout based on the type of appliance. The Replacement Helper Plan only costs $9.95 per month to cover all the appliances already covered for repairs under your Appliance Repair Plan.
