This is only the second or third time I have had service work done through the Home Smart service plan and I am and have been very pleased with the service and technicians. They have always been able to do the repair on the first visit. Thanks

I took the HomeSmart plan out with hopes in never having to use it but wouldn't you know that one of the hottest days with the dew points in the low 70's and humidity at 80%, our central air unit quit working. I was very pleased to find out that all I needed to do was make one phone call. Less than 5 minutes I was contacted by one of the service plan affiliates and set up an appointment later that evening. Within 45 minutes of making the call, a service tech was at our home working on the central air unit. The unit was repaired and we were back enjoying the comforts of AC. Thanks for the fast response and saving us $$$ on the service call and the cost of repairs.

Steve was the fellow that came out and he was so knowledgeable - quick and everything has been fine ever since!!

Service provider was prompt, courteous, and effective. He diagnosed the problem quickly and solved the problem. He also checked other areas, just to make sure the air conditioner would continue to run smoothly. I was very satisfied with the experience, from initial contact through final servicing.
