We are very satisfied with the HomeSmart program. The Customer Service Reps
for HomeSmart are friendly and get us the information we need when we call. We are very satisfied with the work that Bilder Appliance performs on our appliances for HomeSmart. They have serviced our appliances for several years. We are very pleased with their promptness, knowledge and service. They come and fix it the first time and are done quickly and clean up everything before leaving the house. We are very happy with the results. The service people from Bilder’s are friendly and professional and are welcome in our home anytime. Thank you.

The service agency was unable to make the scheduled appointment. They wanted to move it to the next week, but when I expressed a need to have the appliance, the technician came that day. So they came a day early. I appreciated the kindness of the technician and their office staff.

The Technician (Ron) that has been out to my home several times in the past several years for service repair calls and has always been courteous, professional and a very friendly pleasant person. Ron also takes the time to thoroughly explain the repairs he is doing to the Appliance when asked. The Customer Service Representative(S) I have spoken to on the telephone, are always willing to accommodate around my work schedule to arrange an appointment that works. They have also been very courteous, professional, and pleasant.
